Power Pages Development
Power Pages builds websites that people outside your organisation can sign in to and use. A contractor submits a document, a customer checks a request, a partner updates their own details. The portal reads and writes the same Dataverse data your internal apps use, with permissions controlling exactly what each visitor can reach.

Who this is for
- Businesses whose staff re-key information that customers emailed in.
- Teams fielding constant status enquiries that a visitor could answer themselves.
- Organisations collecting documents from contractors or suppliers by email attachment.
- Anyone needing a public form that writes securely into an internal system.
What this looks like in practice
Supplier and contractor portals
External parties upload certificates, insurance documents, and compliance records against their own profile, with expiry tracked automatically instead of by a reminder in someone's calendar.
Customer request tracking
A customer raises a request and follows its progress themselves. The status enquiries that used to arrive by phone stop arriving, because the answer is already visible.
Public forms that write to Dataverse
Applications, registrations, and enquiries land as structured records rather than as emails someone has to transcribe. Validation happens at submission, not after.
Partner self-service
Partners maintain their own details and access what has been shared with them, scoped so each sees only their own records.

How we’d work together
01
A call, at no cost
30 minutes on the process that is causing the problem. You get a straight answer on whether this is the right tool, including when it is not.
02
A scoped proposal
What gets built, in what order, and what it depends on from your side. Written down before anything starts, so there is no argument later about what was included.
03
Delivery in stages
You see working software early and often rather than at the end. I can take a project end to end or work inside your existing team, whichever fits how you are set up.
Work involving this
Common questions
How is Power Pages different from a normal website?
A normal website shows content. Power Pages sits on top of Dataverse, so visitors read and write your actual business records, with permissions deciding what each one can reach. If your site only needs to present information, Power Pages is the wrong tool and more than you need.
How do you control what external visitors can see?
Through table permissions and web roles, enforced server-side. A visitor sees their own records because the permission model says so, not because the page hides the rest. That distinction matters: hiding data in the interface is not security.
Can visitors sign in with an existing account?
Yes. Power Pages supports external identity providers, so visitors can use an account they already have rather than creating another password. Which provider suits you depends on who your visitors are.
